The Wits School of Governance has added a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation to its fully online offerings. Monitoring and evaluation in the public and not for profit sectors has become critical in designing and implementing programmes in complex social contexts. There is a growing need to define appropriate programme indicators, design fit for purpose monitoring systems, and apply sound theoretical bases to programme design and evaluation. This qualification will teach you to conceptualise and track complex projects, analyse these projects, and report on the process, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
